Community Director (Prisons)
The Community Director (Prisons) (CDP) is a new role for Imagine If and we are very excited to invest in and grow this role with the right candidate. The CDP will be an integral position to the development of our prison work across the UK. They will oversee the recruitment, delivery and evaluation of our flagship prison course ‘Bird on the Wing’ as well as securing prison commissions and strategic funding to expand our line of arts in prison work. Administrator – 6 month fixed contract
Imagine If are seeking an Administrator for a 6-month period. The Administrator will be a key role within the company, supporting our core and freelance staff with day to day running of the organisation. We are a seeking a pro-active individual with strong communication and IT skills. Throughout the 6 month period the Administrator will develop skills in administrative tasks relating to the day-to-day operation of Imagine If including: marketing, administration for all arts projects, data input etc. The role will be exciting and varied; you will have the opportunity to get involved with various aspects of the company.

New Chair and Board members
As part of our continued growth, Imagine If Theatre Company are seeking a new chair for our board and new trustees. The new Trustees will support the Chair and the rest of the Imagine If team in achieving our aims.
The 3 core objectives of Imagine If for the next 3 years are:-
- To produce and showcase two new pieces of original theatre to the public.
- To secure core funding for our Central Admin function so we can continue our work from a solid base and
- Further Develop and deliver our flagship Workshop ‘Bird on the Wing’ and have it rolled out into prisons across the UK.
